Ingredients: yields one smoothie
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 large handful of spinach leaves
- 1 chopped banana
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- Combine everything in your blender in the order listed above, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
