Good morning! This mango salsa recipe is my go-to for summer entertaining. Mangoes are in season in the summer, and that's pretty important because it's really hard to find decent mangoes when they aren't in season. I didn't expect to love this salsa as much as I do, and it always disappears by the end of the day I make it. It's also fresh and healthy, so there isn't really a downside to stuffing your face with it. That's always a bonus in my book. Get the recipe below!
Ingredients: yields 4 servings
- 2 just ripe mangoes, diced (see how here)
- half a red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- a generous squirt of lime juice
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
